"Service Temporarily Unavailable" Message
If SuccessMaker is launched before all of the services necessary to run SuccessMaker finish loading you will receive a “Service Temporarily Unavailable” error message. Even though the desktop is displayed, services are still being loaded into memory in the backbround.
It is strongly recommended that the user wait at least one minute after the desktop is displayed before attempting to launch SuccessMaker. If after this time the error message is still displayed, close the SuccessMaker window, wait about one more minute, and launch SuccessMaker again. If the problem persists there may be a problem with the Windows instllation on the computer and it may need to have additional services started or be reimaged. Please notify your Dell Tech if this is the case. Please not that this is rare - there has been only one instance todate where a computer needed to be re-imaged.
